My take on running?… For a long time you could not excite me at all. Endurance sports were generally never my strength. Nevertheless, I managed to make a habit out of it, that really benefits me in every part of my life. The most pure form to explore is with your own two feet. And if you can run for a longer period of time you can cover way more ground. It’s also a really great tool to keep the mind focused and to stay fit for all different kinds of adventures.
